Reiki Sessions and TrainingReiki is a special gift and technique that originates from Japanese healing teachers. These techniques help to facilitate relaxation and promotes healing at spiritual, emotional, as well as physical levels. Reiki healing energy is powerful yet very gentle so that it can be used for anyone in any situation.
Receiving a Reiki session can assist one to realize a greater sense of peace as blocks are removed and energy pathways are restored. Reiki is often practiced with the client laying on a massage table and the practitioner working with either very light touch or with hands just above the body to transfer the Reiki energy to the client. Learning Reiki is quite easy and appropriate for anyone. There are many reasons why someone would be prompted to take a Reiki Class. Some may want to learn techniques that they can use on themselves while others want to learn Reiki healing to help with family and friends and others will use Reiki to establish a healing practice. There are those who also desire to learn Reiki so that the can facilitate classes and teach others the benefits of Reiki. Most realize that they learn something new from every class they take and that it is the Reiki energy who is the teacher.
